HCFA usually called
as Health Care Financing Administration is a standard claim format
for paying payments to the medical providers and is used by the
professional health plans. HCFA 1500 is a claim form for payment of
bills in an easy and cost effective way.
CMS requires that the form be submitted on their special paper with
red ink.
Each module
displays the entire form on the screen. Simply insert an official
form into your printer and the software will print your data on top
of the form. You can adjust the left and top margins so that the
data prints perfectly on the form every time.
Data entered may be
stored/saved anywhere on your hard drive or to external diskettes
for quick retrieval.
We have a friendly and courteous staff that is available by phone
7:00am to 5:30pm MST (and available by e-mail late at night and on
weekends for after hour orders) and can activate software the day
